Farmstory Delivery Partner Terms and Conditions

By Login as a Delivery Partner with Farmstory and using the Farmstory Delivery Application (the "Application"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Login:

You must provide a valid mobile number to login as a Delivery Partner.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including the one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile number. You must not share these credentials with any other person.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Order Information:

The Application will provide you with details of customer orders assigned to you, including order specifics, delivery address, and customer contact information.

You are responsible for reviewing order details carefully before accepting a delivery.

You must contact the customer if you have any questions or require clarification regarding the order or delivery location.

3. Delivery Process:

You are responsible for delivering orders promptly and professionally to the customer's specified delivery address.

You must follow all applicable traffic laws and regulations while making deliveries.

You must treat customers with courtesy and respect.

You are responsible for the safe handling and transportation of orders.

4. Delivery Confirmation:

Upon successful delivery, you must update the order status within the Application. This may involve confirming delivery with the customer or providing other proof of delivery as required by Farmstory.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery status update.

5. Communication:

You may communicate with customers through the Application's communication features regarding delivery details.

You must not use customer contact information for any purpose other than fulfilling the delivery.

You must respond promptly to any communication from Farmstory regarding orders or deliveries.

6. Conduct:

You must not engage in any illegal or unethical activity while using the Application or performing deliveries.

You must adhere to Farmstory’s policies and guidelines as communicated from time to time.

7. Liability:

You are an independent contractor and not an employee of Farmstory.

You are responsible for your own transportation and related expenses.

Farmstory is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during deliveries.

8. Termination:

Farmstory reserves the right to terminate your access to the Application and your status as a Delivery Partner at any time, with or without cause.

9. Changes to Terms:

Farmstory reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued

use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
