COOKING DIRECTION:
· Boil 1 cup of hot water adding salt to it
· Add 2 cups of Foxtail Millet flour to the boiling water
· Cook for 5 min on a low flame
· Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes till it becomes soft
· Make balls and prepare rotis and fry both sides until the roti is fully cooked
